Intense deep ruby red. Wild berries on the nose, red flowers, aromatic herbs, humus and eucalyptus. Very fruity in the mouth, well-balanced, mouth-filling, with a great persistence. Hand harvest of the dried grapes on the plant, long fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature, then maturation in steel tanks. 98 points by Luca Maroni.
