Mont-Redon Lirac

This Lirac can be enjoyed young for their red and black fruits dominant note, their
voluptuous, spicy and delicately toasted character. They reach their plenitude on the third
year. Their aging potential is 3 to 7 years.
Ideally pairs with red meats (rib roast) and matured cow cheeses.
