 Dry in style and crisp on the finish. This wine contains aromas and flavours of tropical fruit such as passionfruit and mango. Perfect to pair with chicken, fish or any light dish.

Vineyards at an altitude of 850m. Varied surface with mainly sand, rolling rocks and limestone. The original Verdejo clone is used here.  The grapes are hand-picked in the cool of the early morning to preserve the fresh character of the wine. Fermentation on stainless steel under controlled temperatures.
