Casa Al Pruno Appassimento Rosso Veneto

This is a soft, medium-bodied wine that is balanced by low acidity. The aroma reveals hints of ripe, dried berries, mixed with a subtle sweetness of dried fruit.

To achieve this wine a part of the grapes is left to dry before the beginning of the harvest. vinification takes place at controlled temperature with frequent pumping overs to enhance its wonderful ruby red colour and its fruity bouquet which become overwhelming and enchanting. It is a wine with a good personality and elegance.
