Casa Al Pruno Appassimento Rosso Veneto

This is a soft, medium-bodied wine that is balanced by low acidity. The aroma reveals hints of ripe, dried berries, mixed with a subtle sweetness of dried fruit.

To achieve this, a portion of the grapes is left to dry before the harvest begins. Vinification takes place at controlled temperature with frequent pumping over to enhance its wonderful ruby red colour and its fruity bouquet, which becomes overwhelming and enchanting. It is a wine with a good personality and elegance.
