Gadais Père et Fils Muscadet Des Moulins

Light, almost white colour. Soft aromas of citrus, melon and white flowers. Nice mineral undertone with impressions of wet lime and a slightly pungent minuscule pearl. Due to its 'Sur Lie' maturation, it remains pleasantly creamy in the mouth and displays a surprising complexity and slight saltiness.

Its pronounced mineral and slightly salty character make it the ideal partner for fine fish dishes and more especially with crustaceans and shellfish.
