Soft, subdued nose with aromas of pear, apple and a hint of lime. Also of character rather what reserved. No pronounced fruity taste but very balanced and round style. Pleasant long aftertaste.

Excellent with crustaceans and other seafood, light fish dishes, white meat, pastas and salads.
