Réserve Mont-Redon Gigondas

The vines are situated on the lieux-dits of "Pallière et Pied-Gu" as well as "Notre-Dame-des-Pallières", at the North of the Gigondas appellation area.

The vines of "Pallière et Pied-Gu" are planted on chalky-clay soil topped with calcareous loose rocks for the vines located at the highest altitude.
On "Notre-Dame-des-Pallières", the soil is composed of sandy-loam soil on the lower part of the hillside, and calcareous soil on its upper part.

The wine can be enjoyed already with top notes of red berries, scrubland and spices but can be kept for 8 to 10 years. Ideal with red meats, game or matured cow cheese.
