Rapariga da Quinta Branco
Bright yellow colour, with delicate aromas of tropical fruit. Good volume on the palate, showing lots of freshness and a balanced acidity. The finish is fresh, with pleasant fruity notes . The grapes are carefully hand-picked and taken to the winery in 25 kg boxes, where a second triage takes place on a sorting table. The grapes are then gently pressed using a pneumatic press and the juice remains for 48 hours at low temperatures for decanting. It is then racked off its lees and inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
This is the ideal wine to accompany seafood and fish, as well as salads and white meat dishes.
